Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Official holidays and weekends are not considered business days.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the shipping company’s delivery time. Typically, deliveries within Turkey are completed within 2-5 business days after the package is shipped.

2. Delivery Fee

Moda Punto may run free shipping campaigns during certain periods. These campaigns will be announced on our website.
The shipping fee may vary depending on your order total and delivery address. Shipping fees will be added to your order during payment and displayed in the total amount at the final payment step.
We work with different shipping companies to provide the most cost-effective options for our customers.

3. Delivery Areas

Moda Punto currently offers delivery only within the borders of Turkey. International delivery services are not available at the moment, but we are working on offering this service in the near future.
We deliver to all cities and districts within Turkey. However, delivery to some rural areas where the shipping company does not provide service may take longer.

4. Shipping Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment through the relevant shipping company's website using this tracking number.

Moda Punto will not be responsible for any damages or issues noticed after accepting the delivery. Therefore, it is important to inspect your package carefully upon receipt.

6. Incorrect Address and Missing Information

Ensure that the delivery information you provide during your order is accurate and complete. Moda Punto is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details. In such cases, an additional shipping fee may be required to resend your order.
